Introducing... The Galley Sink

September 23, 2011 at 2:23 PM

It isn't often that truly revolutionary ideas happen in kitchen design. First there were "work triangles" and then there were "work zones". Both of which are hardworking ideas we use all the time. Well, I was recently introduced to a new way of thinking about kitchen function. This new concept, called The Galley Sink, created by kitchen wizard Roger Shollmier, is a fantastic new way to think about kitchen function. Based on the principle of work flow, the sink utilizes sliding cutting boards, drain racks and other accessories to make your kitchen prep area a completely functional work horse. It is really cool. Check it out at www.thegalleysink.com. Why not consider something like The Galley Sink for your kitchen remodel?
